The Royal household’s tradition has been held in the family for centuries. Although there are those that seem to deviate away from its rules and laws, the majority of royal members abide by these strict scriptures of the past.

With the recent revelation of Prince Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank taking over Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s UK residence, Frogmore Cottage, there is the question of what’s the plan for Princess Beatrice, sister of Eugenie.

Over the summer, Princess Beatrice married her Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in an intimate wedding ceremony in St. James’s Palace.

Apparently, the couple has plans to live in Kensington Palace, and this might come as a shock because Prince William and Kate Middleton already reside in Kensington.

But the Kensington Palace is a huge property, and it has several wings or what they call apartments. There is actually one tiny property inside the Kensington grounds that is up for grabs, the Ivy Cottage.

Speculations of Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mozzi leaving St. James Palace to live in Ivy Cottage are circulating. There was also one Royal property that the two were eyeing, the Nottingham Cottage, but, allegedly, they ended up choosing Ivy Cottage.

Compared to the Nottingham Cottage, Ivy Cottage boasts three bedrooms, perfect for Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mozzi and his son Wolfie.

The couple choosing Ivy Cottage as their residence is also a nonconformity towards the Royal instruction that all recently married royals should live in Nottingham Cottage before moving to a bigger property.

Nottingham Cottage housed Prince William and Kate Middleton, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank before transferring to bigger homes.

But nothing is quite the same in the current state of things in the Royal firm. With all the changes that have been happening this year, the family is seemingly adapting to modernity.

Ivy Cottage will also be a great area for Princess Beatrice as she and Edoardo will be neighbors with the Cambridges, the Prince and Princess of Kent, and The Duke and Duchess of Kent.

Princess Beatrice’s sister Princess Eugenie will be living in Frogmore Cottage as she and her husband Jack Brooksbank will be welcoming their first child early next year.

Frogmore Cottage is the perfect home for Princess Eugenie due to the renovations it underwent in the past year, which was kitted to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s first son Archie Harrison.
