Khloe Kardashian has a reputation for receiving backlash on social media platforms, more often for promoting a product. Living up to her notoriety, the E! reality star has once again come under fire from her Twitter followers for endorsing a migraine drug.

Taking to her official Twitter account on Nov. 9, the 36-year-old socialite shared an ad for migraine medication, featuring herself. This collaboration between Khloe and the drug company Biohaven has raised concerns among netizens, who claim influencer shills taking things too far when it comes to promoting on their social media platforms.

Twitter users deem sponsor for medication as completely irresponsible, describing it as a sad symbolism the United States' healthcare system. On Monday, Khloe tweeted the sponsored deal she had with NurtecODT, a drug made by Biohaven, noting that she has led a life with migraines. Her post included the trending hashtag #Nurtec ODT.

One of Khloe's Twitter followers wrote in the comments section that there is probably nothing that the Kardashians would shy away from doing for money. Another Twitterati wrote they would not buy any of the products sold or promoted by anyone in the Kardashian-Jenner clan,

Some commenters used the company's hashtag, noting that they would never use drugs sponsored by celebrities. Much to their chagrin, the promotion showed up in people's timeline, who believe the Kardashians will not refrain from promoting any product on their social media platforms. Still, Khloe specifically is no stranger to such controversies.

The Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian star received strong criticism for posting weight-loss ads for Flat Tummy Tea and similar products. Her sister, Kim Kardashian, faced a backlash from the FDA for inaccurately promoting morning sickness pills and was forced to repost the ad with the drug's side effects.

This isn't the first time Khloe promoted Biohaven's migraine medication. On July 15, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star promoted the pharmaceutical drug for migraines on her Twitter account. In her tweet, she claimed the drug helps her and others spend more time with their loved ones, noting that its most common side effect was nausea, Fox News reported.

Aside from the Kardashians, there are several other celebrities that endorse pharmaceutical corporations, including Serena Williams, who recently became a spokesperson for a migraine medicine brand.
