Khloe Kardashian’s experience during the COVID-19 lockdown has been similar to millions of other parents in the world. She had to bring her two-year-old daughter True for her home workouts as there was no nanny to help her out.

Kardashian explained in an interview that she has been “trying to figure out” about leading her life and parenting amid the coronavirus quarantine. There was no hired help in the house to take care of her 2-year-old daughter during the lockdown. So, she decided to include her toddler during the workout sessions.

The 36-year-old founder of Good American told in an interview given to Refinery29 that she had to adjust by doing workouts with her. While her daughter was not working out with her, she had to incorporate her little one as there was no hired help in the house.

The mom-of-one posted a series of footage on her Instagram page in May this year. She was seen running around with her little daughter in her gated community. True was seated in a mobile cart and tied to the socialite’s waist.

Don-A-Matrix, the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s longtime trainer, was also present with them. The model revealed how tough the workout session was with her trainer pushing her to give the best.

Khloe Kardashian attaches a lot of importance to being fit. The model mentioned how the COVID-19 pandemic made her understand the importance of her fitness routine for her and her daughter.

She wants to demonstrate to her daughter that people can be active daily by imbibing certain healthy ways. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star explained that one does not have to always go to the gym to stay fit.

Kardashian prefers to complete her workout sessions early so that she can be healthy, active, and “eat better.” She believes that when True sees her like this, she would also be active and take good care of herself.

The reality TV star never skips her prayers and has included this as a part of her daily routine. She is someone who likes to pray often. Over the years, she has learned to start her daily morning with a prayer, Hollywood Life reports.

The Dose & Co ambassador feels that everyone needs to be grateful to the almighty even though the year has been bad for all in various ways. Meanwhile, though wrapping up their family reality show KUWTK was a combined decision, she had a tough time getting used to the idea.

Khloe Kardashian is shattered with the show's impending end and revealed that the thought of it ending is giving her “anxiety.”
