Queen Elizabeth II, the reigning sovereign of the British monarchy is one of the most respected head of state in the world, and although the Queen has been depicted as an aloof and cold monarch, when it comes to her family members the Queen always put their needs and wants first.

The decision of Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle to leave the royal family folds broke Queen Elizabeth’s heart but she was fully on board with Harry’s wishes for a more normal life.

The sovereign, who has been in the throne for almost seven decades have seen it all, and has grown up to live in a more public life.

But she also had her share of privacy back when she was a younger royal.

Prince Philip, Queen Elizabeth’s husband was a ranked officer in the Royal navy. He was assigned to Malta for two years, in the years 1959 to 1961, of which according to many palace aides was the only years Queen Elizabeth lived a pretty normal life.

The Queen would often visit Prince Philip in Malta, which gave them much privacy with each other. So when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle asked her Majesty for a simpler way of life, The Queen respected it.

But it has been revealed in a detailed article that the Queen also wanted Harry and Meghan to take some time off from their life in the United Kingdom, opting to give them a mission in Africa.

One of The Queen’s most trusted advisor, Christopher Geidt had plans for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Geidt especially had a vision for Meghan Markle as a working royal, aiming her to be the poster child of the future of the royal family.

Meghan’s biracial background made Geidt excited for the prospects of the royal family, but due to some unprecedented occurrences Geidt was removes as Chief Operating Officer of the palace, and with him went down his visions for Meghan Markle.

Sir Geidt was replaced with Edward Young, a stern unmalleable COO who was in cahoots with Prince Edward and Prince Charles.

During Young’s COO management, Meghan was assigned to boring official royal visits, which the Queen saw as a mistake.

She rehired Geidt once again but this time Harry and Meghan were already planning their exit. Geidt suggested a plan for the Sussex’s to go live in Africa for a year or two as a special assignment of the Queen.

An honorary visit but also to calm down Harry and Meghan’s commercial venture dreams. Unfortunately it was too late and the Sussex’s quit their royal duties.
