Princess Anne has shared during a recent interview that she has a personal trait, which has an uncanny resemblance with that of Prince Charles’, her older brother.

Princess Royal has surprised many royal fans with her recent candid interview with Vanity Fair where revealed her lifestyle as a senior member of the Royal Family. It was then that a “major similarity” between her and the Prince of Wales got exposed.

Chris Ship, Royal Editor of ITV News, as well as, Producer Lizzie Robinson mentioned how this resemblance between the two royal siblings displayed that both of them learned the same thing when they were growing up. Ship told his listeners that both the royal brother and sister are fond of recycled clothing and outfits.

The Queen’s only daughter has some outfits from the 1980s, which she still wears. So, both the siblings have a habit of re-wearing their same clothes. It is obvious that Anne and Charles were taught to do so at “an early age.”

According to Robinson, the Princess is known for recycling her clothing. She also enjoys her ability “to recycle clothes.” The Princess referred to herself as a dinosaur. She called herself that while wondering why the youths of today do not go outside, Express reports.

Both these royal commentators also observed that Princess Royal had some major “words of wisdom” to be delivered to the younger members of the Royal Family. Robinson mentioned in the podcast that Anne said that today’s youngsters simply want to try doing things in a new way.

Prince Charles’ younger sister does not approve of the youngsters to “reinvent that particular wheel.” She said that their generation has already done that. When some of the things do not work, the youngsters should “go back to basics.”

It should be noted that the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip will be 70-year-old this year. Her advanced age places her in the high-risk category that is more vulnerable to be affected by the coronavirus pandemic, Express reports. At present, Princess Royal is in isolation at her home in Gatcombe Park Estate in Gloucestershire where she is living with Zara Phillips, her daughter, and her family.

According to another report by Express, the Princess has warned the self-obsessed youths of today who are addicted to their screens and social media. She has urged them to instead enjoy the nature’s wonder. Ship pointed out that Prince Anne’s passion to go to the outdoors and being fond of re-wearing clothes places her in a similar position to Prince Charles, her brother.
