It can be humiliating when a person is rebuffed from a friend’s wedding. An outlet reported last year that Jennifer Aniston was snubbed as she was not present at the wedding of her longtime friend Courteney Cox to Johnny McDaid.

They portrayed the roles of Rachel Green and Monica Gellar who were best pals on the iconic TV series Friends. However, a tabloid insisted that was not the case in real life.

The magazine mentioned in a report that Jen was not an invitee at the Christmas wedding of Cox and McDaid 365 days ago. The publication contends that The Morning Show star and Cox’s other co-stars of Friends were not in the guest list of their nuptials.

An insider mentioned that Jen was in tears when a mutual friend told her about the wedding. The unnamed pal’s invitation was placed on a shelf in their house, which shattered Jen.

The source added that the actress regarded Cox as her sister. She could not even imagine in her wildest dreams that she would not be asked to attend her pal’s wedding.

The magazine also divulged why Cox tried to “snub” Aniston from her big day, It seems the two co-stars feuded after the former met up with Justin Theroux, Jen’s former husband. The publication stated that Jen wanted to have a reconciliation with Cox despite this brawl.

However, there was a problem with the report. First, Johnny McDaid and Courteney Cox were not engaged. Also, they did not plan for a wedding.

The duo canceled off their engagement in 2015 but reunited in 2016, People Magazine reports. They are just girlfriend and boyfriend. Cox refers to him as her boyfriend even till date.

Additionally, Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston did not have a brawl but are extremely close to each other. Both of them along with Lisa Kudrow were recently seen together for this year’s Emmys.

The ridiculous story was also slammed by Gossip Cop. It is a known fact that the concerned magazine does not have a good track record about its stories on Aniston.

The unreliable outlet had previously reported that Jen and her former husband Brad Pitt were going to have twin girls. However, this was also a bogus narrative because Pitt and Aniston have not reunited.

Last week, the same tabloid was slammed for insisting that Aniston was about to testify for Pitt at the ongoing divorce proceedings with Angelina Jolie.

However, this report was also not correct. While Jennifer Aniston may have a good relationship with Brad Pitt even now, it is doubtful for the actress to get involved in the latter’s legal battles.
