Meghan Markle is, allegedly, trying to show the world that she has a perfect life in Montecito when this isn’t really the case.

According to Life & Style, it was Markle’s decision to relocate to Santa Barbara and Prince Harry just went on with his wife wanted to do.

Since the Duke of Sussex wasn’t having a blast in Hollywood, he, allegedly, thought that he would be happier in Montecito. However, this isn’t the case.

“While there’s no denying that Montecito is beautiful and peaceful, it isn’t the friendliest place, especially where they live. Harry and Meghan are trying to make everything seem like it’s perfect, but the reality is that they’re miserable and trapped in a lonely world – and it’s all by their own design,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Markle and Prince Harry don’t have real friends in their neighborhood even though they live close to a slew of A-list celebrities.

Additionally, the mortgage that Prince Harry and Markle got is, reportedly, causing so much disruption in the former’s life. After all, there are claims that he is the one paying for the $14 million property even though it’s listed under Markle’s name.

“On top of their mortgage, property taxes are enormous. Then there are maintenance and security costs. Living expenses could easily reach $500,000 a month. But they’re not as wealthy as people think, not without the royal family’s coffers,” the source said.

Prince Harry and Markle’s issues with money have, allegedly, become so severe that they fight about it every day. And their bickering has become so intense that they sometimes sleep in separate bedrooms.

According to the source, the only thing that could save the couple’s relationship is if they have another baby.

“The way things are going, pregnancy might be the only thing that holds them together,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Prince Harry even confided in Prince William about his ongoing struggles. And the Duke of Sussex, allegedly, told his brother that he feels lost.

“Harry misses his old life in England. But William can’t help thinking that his little brother dug his own grave. Harry’s full of what-ifs. He won’t tell Meghan that, though. She’ll freak out, and he doesn’t want to make an already bad situation worse,” the source said.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. Prince Harry and Markle aren’t struggling in Montecito. They're not also sleeping in separate bedrooms.
