Miley Cyrus discussed her split from former husband Liam Hemsworth once again.

The Midnight Sky hitmaker recently gave an interview in a podcast called Joe Rogan Experience. Cyrus opened up about her split from Hemsworth during the interview. The singer was candid about what she found tough to accept after the divorce.

For the universe, Cyrus had her father Billy Ray Cyrus’ support ever since she has been under the spotlight. The father-daughter duo was even featured together in Hannah Montana for around five years.

The exposure gave the songstress a chance to get valuable insights from her country's superstar father. She feels her relationship with her dad is more like a “buddy system”, Us Weekly reports.

However, she was unable to accept the kind of stories certain people made about her after her divorce. A certain section of the media seems to believe that there was no gap between her divorce from Liam Hemsworth and the beginning of a relationship with her ex-boyfriend Cody Simpson.

This was not the only time the Wrecking Ball artist opened up about her divorce from the Aussie actor. She had complained about the stories that attacked her after they separated even in the past.

The songstress had also spoken about her split in August this year. She compared her divorce to death and lamented how the media made her a villain.

Meanwhile, Cyrus said her breakup was public and a big one as it marked the end of a 10-year relationship with Hemsworth. She feels losing one’s loved one feels like a death. The songstress seems to have poured her heart out during the podcast titled Call Her Daddy

Miley Cyrus feels that there is no specific rulebook to deal with heartbreaks. The singer said she was heartbroken and was trying to move on. However, some outlets portrayed her as a disloyal wife.

It happened when pictures of her and Kaitlynn Carter kissing one another grabbed headlines soon after they announced their split.

Cyrus said she had been victimized by the media who labeled her disloyal and raised fingers against her character. That hurt her a lot as she feels her character is her foundation.

It seems that Hemsworth did not like his ex-wife was snapped getting cozy with Carter. A source said that the way Cyrus started dating immediately after they split had hurt him a lot.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth exchanged vows in a simple wedding ceremony two years ago. However, their marriage did not even last for one year. An insider told Us Weekly that the actor had a low opinion about the singer after their split.
