Amber Heard just responded to claims that she dressed inappropriately during her visit to a mosque in Istanbul.

“Nope. Apparently, whoever paid for this to be ‘written’ wasn’t paid enough. I’ll make it easy(ier): Mosques are real places. So are museums and churches. So are head scarfs (where they are sometimes required in order to visit). Mystery solved,” Heard tweeted.

Some of Heard’s supporters immediately came to her defense.

“Some people going out of their way to speak on Muslim culture without even knowing things is annoying. hope you're having a good trip,” Twitter user @winterg0tham said.

“You are a brave strong beautiful person who doesn't deserve the criticism, if there were pictures of you walking on the water some idiot would be criticizing you for not being able to swim. Hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday, have a great time,” Twitter user @BADWOLF756 said.

“These ‘people’ (and we know who they are) should get a life and make better use of their time but unfortunately they are obsessed with you! Btw have a good time there Amber,” Twitter user @AmberHeardIT said.

“This article is garbage. The way you dress isn't the issue, it's the fact that they apparently don't like you based on what they've heard. These people need to get out more,” Twitter user @adwhiskey said.

However, some people also slammed Heard.

“I'm curious, how does it feel to support an abuser? *I was hitting you *You're such a baby *I did start a physical fight,” Twitter user @Fatima150901 said.

“Deflecting much again? Nobody said museums, churches, mosques, and headscarves are not real. They questioned your choice of outfit. Bras are real too. So is your lack of respect but let’s not ask too much from you, shall we?” Twitter user @LIFE_1on1 said.

Meanwhile, Heard recently shared a photo of herself on Instagram to show just how happy she was during her trip.

“Vacation laugh is its own thing,” she captioned the photo.

Heard also shared a stunning photo of herself on board a boat.

“Istan-blue,” she captioned the breathtaking photo.

Heard’s trip to Istanbul came weeks after she appeared in court to stand against her ex-husband, Johnny Depp. The Pirates of the Caribbean star filed a lawsuit against The Sun's publisher, NGN, and editor, Dan Wootton.
