One publication recently came to Angelina Jolie’s defense amid claims that she is turning into a paranoid witch.

According to Globe, Jolie is becoming increasingly protective of her six children. In fact, she has, allegedly, asked her household staff to sign non-disclosure agreements to make sure that everything that happens at home won’t be leaked to the tabloids.

However, one can’t help but wonder how a tabloid gained access to such private information about Jolie when she’s already being very paranoid. According to Gossip Cop, the only reason is that the tabloid’s claims are incorrect.

Since the tabloid claimed that Jolie’s household staff has been asked to sign NDAs, Gossip Cop couldn’t help but wonder why the snitch wasn’t asked to do the same.

The tabloid also pitted Jolie is a dictator when she’s simply being a protective parent.

“The article tries to make Jolie sound ridiculous and paranoid, but really just makes her sound pretty reasonable. The insider says ‘if she has even the slightest gut feeling someone is untrustworthy… she kicks them to the curb without hesitation.’ As opposed to what exactly? Letting someone she doesn’t trust just hang out in her home?” the rumor-debunking site said.

According to the tattletale, Jolie also requires Pitt to leave his phone on one side while they’re talking about their kids. Gossip Cop said that this isn’t necessarily wrong since the exes need to focus on their discussion.

Gossip Cop also defended Jolie amid claims that she’s a bad mother. They said that tabloids have been concocting stories about the actress to make it seem as though she’s not a good parent. However, this isn’t entirely the case.

In the past, the tabloid claimed that Jolie was on the prowl for women. They also dubbed the actress as a neighbor from hell because she doesn’t, allegedly, want to ask her kids to keep quiet.

However, none of these claims about Jolie are true. The Maleficent: Mistress of Evil star is busy taking care of her six children. And she’s also dealing with her custody case against Pitt to even worry about NDAs.

And if Jolie has asked her household staff to sign NDAs, this shouldn’t come as a surprise. She’s a public figure and the last thing she wants is for her and her kids' safety and privacy to be exploited.
