Longtime "Wheel of Fortune" host Pat Sajak has recently hinted at having "much more to say" following his departure from the iconic game show. Now, show insiders fear the veteran host could rock the boat with an explosive tell-all book revealing the show's behind-the-scenes secrets.

An anonymous source close to the situation shared that the 76-year-old host, known for his eccentric and at times controversial behavior, may spill the beans on the show's backstage goings-on, potential manipulations, and inter-crew tension.

The source suggests that no one will be immune to Sajak's forthcoming revelations or his signature sardonic humor. This includes longtime co-host Vanna White, who shared a close professional relationship with Sajak before things became strained recently.

"Vanna has good reason to be anxious," the insider stated. "Over the years, she's opened up a lot to Pat, who's privy to many aspects of her private life. If he's willing to embarrass her on live television, there's no telling what he might divulge in a published memoir."

Sajak's colleagues from the world of game shows could also be in the line of fire. The source notes, "From his perspective, he's merely rectifying the record, but it's a nightmare for everyone else. Even if he doesn't intend harm, the fact that they can't control it makes it a scary situation."

As previously reported, Sajak was nudged into retirement due to on-air slip-ups that made him a liability. He has faced criticism for berating and belittling contestants and even attempting to wrestle one. Executives had reportedly been reprimanding him for his behavior for months.

Upon his announcement of departure, Sajak maintained a dignified demeanor, saying: "Well, the time has come. I’ve decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be my last. It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all."

The anonymous insider added, "He’s supposed to serve as a consultant for three more years, but that's merely a formal gesture to keep him placid — as if that'll work!” Thus, as the wheel turns, it seems the drama is far from over for the beloved game show.
