Prince Harry couldn’t allegedly help but wonder what role he would play in Meghan Markle’s life when she finally decides to rebrand herself.

Closer UK, in its Feb. 13 issue, claimed that Markle wants to stay away from all the negativity and toxicity caused by the royal family. And one of the ways that she plans to achieve this is by embarking on new projects that wouldn’t have anything to do with Prince Harry’s family.

“She’s looking at a different approach where she hopes to be seen as taking the high ground by embarking on new charity projects and initiatives – and even doing some of them by herself without Harry always having to be by her side,” the source said.

The source added that someone advised Markle to start building herself a solo platform that doesn’t have anything to do with King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, Prince William, and Kate Middleton.

“She’s thinking now that it’s time to step away from all the toxicity surrounding Harry and focus on building up a new image for herself, warning her to do it alone,” the source said.

But the downside to Markle’s rebranding plans is that it’s allegedly affecting her marriage to Prince Harry.

“It’s creating an awkward feeling at home. Harry is wondering what part he will be playing in Meghan’s career strategy. They’re also having tense discussions about whether they should attend the coronation as Meghan is concerned about how it will look so soon after Harry’s book. She has been gently suggesting that it might be a good idea for them to work separately as they attempt some damage control on all of that drama that has been surrounding them since they first met,” the source said.

However, what Markle is doing hasn’t been sitting well with her husband because Prince Harry allegedly feels lost without her by his side.

Even though it’s true that Prince Harry and Markle are attached to the hip, there’s no indication that Markle’s plans to rebrand herself are affecting their marriage.

If anything, the Duke of Sussex will most likely support whatever it is that his wife plans to do even if means they need to do things separately or individually because this is essential for their growth.
