Julia Roberts is allegedly feeling humiliated after Matthew Perry detailed their past relationship in his memoir.

A source told Closer UK that Roberts is happily married to her husband, Danny Moder. So, the last thing that she wants is for an old flame to keep haunting her.

“Julia is embarrassed and disappointed that Matthew has detailed their fling. It smacks of Matthew looking for glam soundbites to fill his book and that’s not how Julia rolls. She’s very old school about her privacy – you never see her kiss and tell about her exes. It made her cringe,” the source said.

But even if Roberts has some negative feelings regarding Perry’s revelations, the actress is still thrilled to know that the Friends star is doing well.

“She is, however, very pleased to see Matthew healthy and sober. She knows how badly he struggled and applauds that he’s shown the courage to get help and encourage others to learn from his own cautionary tale. Julia just wishes he hadn’t dragged her into his life story,” the source said.

As of late, Roberts has not directly responded to Perry’s revelations in his memoir. So, no one knows for sure how the Pretty Woman star feels about it.

But it is entirely possible that she didn’t take offense. And knowing Perry, he must have informed Roberts that he will include their fling in his memoir.

Roberts isn’t also the only celebrity that was mentioned in Perry’s memoir. The actor also talked about his friends with Jennifer Aniston, as well as the other cast members of Friends.

According to Perry, Aniston was the one who called him out for drinking while they were filming the earlier seasons of Friends.

Perry also credited every single cast member of the sitcom for not leaving his side despite his addiction.

Other than his co-stars, Perry also mentioned Keanu Reeves in his memoir.

“Why is it that the original thinkers like River Phoenix and Heath Ledger die, but Keanu Reeves still walks among us? I punched a hole through Jennifer Aniston’s dressing room wall when I found out. Keanu Reeves walks among us,” Perry said.

Shortly after, Perry faced backlash for his comments so he was forced to apologize to Reeves. He said that he just came up with Reeves’ name at random, but acknowledged that he should’ve just used his own name instead, according to Vulture.
