Prince William misses the old good times, especially with Prince Harry. Experts believe that he paid a “touching nod” and “sweet tribute” to his younger brother during a recent engagement.

Express UK reported that it all centered on the future King’s Irish Guards Colonel uniform, which he wore for an appearance in Aldershot during St. Patrick’s Day. As noted, the uniform has a “resemblance” to the ensemble he wore in “happier times” with the Duke of Sussex.

When the Cambridge Royals tied the knot in 2011, the Duke of Cambridge wore a stunning red uniform of an Irish Guards officer. He, later on, donned a black Royals and Blues set during his brother’s wedding in 2018.

Experts claimed that these uniforms during the two royal weddings have similarities with the one Prince William wore on Thursday. Specifically, the resemblance comes due to the gold rope detail to the red-striped trousers, as well as the white gloves and layered chest design.

Many individuals reportedly take it as a “nod” from the Duke of Cambridge for his younger brother. But, no confirmations have yet to surface, corroborating the latest assertions about him and his chosen uniform.

Hence, there is no assurance that the claims are legitimate.

But, royal experts and commentators have repeatedly alleged that both Prince William and Prince Harry feel “a lot of regret” about their now-strained relationship. As per Marie Claire, the allegations have started to become more apparent after the Sussex couple had their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2021.

Duncan Larcombe, also, reportedly shared that the falling out between the two royal-born Princes is a “constant strain” on the future King. They were once “best friends,” and now they miss each other.

The expert continued that people in the Duke of Cambridge’s circles know that the rift between the two siblings is “not something he can just forget about,” adding that the same applies to the Duke of Sussex.

But, despite having the reported chance of healing, Prince Harry, as well as Meghan Markle, missed it and passed on the opportunity to make amends, not only with Prince William but, with the rest of the British Royal Family, as well. This comes as the former working royals confirmed their absence at the upcoming memorial service for the late Prince Philip.

The International News said that the “shocking decision” of the Sussexes has “set tongues wagging.” One royal expert even asserted that the move is “regrettable” as the rift among the royals “will remain unhealed.
