A judge declared them as legally single last year. However, that did not mean the end of their troubles. Pitt and Angie are still engaged in a contentious court battle to settle their kids' custody arrangements.
Many thought that the couple would reach a fruitful agreement at the beginning of this year. After all, the Hollywood heartthrob was seen zooming off his former wife’s mansion on his flashy motorcycle a few times.
However, such hopes were short-lived after the Maleficent actress requested the change of the judge who was dealing with their lawsuit. She mentioned that the judge could be biased as he had undisclosed personal relationships with a few of Pitt’s lawyers.
While the couple is still struggling to sort out things in the court, the 57-year-old star might get some time with three of his children – Vivienne, Knox, and Shiloh, during this holiday season, according to a report by Us Weekly.
An insider claimed that these three kids could spend Christmas Eve at their dad’s place. It was also noted that while the estranged couple reportedly discussed in the past to spend the vacations together as a family, there seems to be a change in those plans.
Pitt might be glad that he can see at least three of his children on this “Christmas Day. “ There are some who opine that both Angie and Pitt are to be held responsible for this discord and hostility. It is their kids who have been suffering at the end of the day.
