Brad Pitt is, allegedly, playing cupid for his son, Maddox Jolie-Pitt, and Bullet Train co-star, Joey King.

According to New Idea, Pitt decided to cast King in the film because Maddox has a crush on the actress. Maddox has, allegedly, had an attraction towards King for years.

Since Pitt and Maddox’s relationship is currently non-existent, the Ad Astra star, allegedly, saw this as an opportunity to extend an olive branch at his son.

And even though the production for Bullet Train won’t begin until next year, Pitt already Maddox to attend his table read with King. This way, he can introduce the 19-year-old to the Kissing Booth actress.

However, Gossip Cop quickly debunked the claims made by the tabloid by saying that it is unlikely for Maddox to be allowed at the table read for Bullet Train.

And because of the coronavirus pandemic, it is unlikely for the production of the movie to commence as originally planned.

The rumor-debunking site also said that the idea that King was cast in Bullet Train because of Pitt’s son is not only false but also insulting. A source close to the situation told Gossip Cop that the claims made by the tabloid are incorrect.

“King has been working professionally since she was four-years-old, and has earned this role opposite Pitt. It has nothing to do with some crush, and saying so is insulting to King and the crew at Bullet Train,” they said.

As of late, Maddox has never publicly revealed who his crushes are. So, it is unclear where the tabloid got the idea that he has a crush on King. It is evident that the tabloid is simply concocting seemingly interesting storylines for views.

Gossip Cop also dubbed the tabloid’s story as another phony article about Pitt. The same tabloid previously claimed that Pitt is secretly hooking up with his ex-wife, Angelina Jolie.

Pitt and Jolie’s alleged late-night rendezvous, allegedly, left Jennifer Aniston feeling heartbroken.

However, both claims are untrue. Pitt and Jolie never got back together since their divorce in 2016. In fact, their relationship is still far from being amicable. The exes are still fighting for their children’s custody.

As for Pitt and Aniston, the exes never got back together since their divorce in 2005 either. But their relationship is more amicable compared to Pitt and Jolie.
