Lady Gaga and her “mystery” boyfriend of over two years, Michael Polansky, made rare appearances on Sunday to attend two major awards shows. The pair’s first stop was in London for the 2022 BAFTAs, while the second was in Los Angeles for the Critics’ Choice Awards.
Page Six reported that the “Chromatica” artist obtained nominations from the two prestigious awards for the Best Actress in A Leading Role category. It came after she portrayed Patrizia Reggiani in the 2021 film, “House of Gucci.”
Despite being with her boyfriend, the songstress walked the red carpet solo in London. She donned a plunging emerald green Ralph Lauren Collection gown, which she paired with Tiffany & Co. jewelry.
After the BAFTAs, Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky hopped on a flight to Los Angeles for the Critics’ Choice Awards. She walked the red carpet solo, once again, as her partner opted out of it.
For the event, the “Rain On Me” singer changed her look into a gold and black Gucci gown. But, her entrepreneur boyfriend reportedly appeared to have worn the same ensemble from the earlier awards show across the pond.
The appearances of the celebrity couple were only some of the few ones they made before the public. They, also, rarely talk about their relationship, although the “A Star Is Born” star previously called Polansky and her dogs her “whole life.”
The last official appearance that Lady Gaga and Michael Polansky made seemed to be their attendance at U.S. President Joe Biden’s inauguration in Washington, D.C., in 2021. The 34-year-old pop star delivered a “high-spirited performance of ‘The Star-Spangled Banner’” during the event, according to People.
Witnesses reportedly saw the couple share a sweet kiss with their masks on amid the official engagement. It was said to have happened before the U.S. President and the Vice President get sworn in.
Sources, later on, told the publication that “Gaga had a blast” at the event “and was in best spirits.” It was added, as well, that “she is very happy with Michael [Polansky] and feels grateful for his support.”
There is little information as to where and when the two personalities first met. But, rumors have it that Lady Gaga first encountered Michael Polansky possibly in 2016, according to Glamour.
It was not until 2019, however, that the romance reportedly emerged between the two. Sources at the time stated that they have known each other for a while, adding that their relationship likely started in December 2019.
