Ellen DeGeneres, Kris Jenner, John Mayer, and Mariah Carey all have the reputation of being Hollywood’s worst bosses.

DeGeneres was previously accused of being a bully and a mean girl because she demeans her staff on the Ellen Show. Not many people defended the comedian publicly, which made it seem as though allegations against her are accurate.

In its Dec. 13 issue, Life & Style also claimed that Jenner is a mean boss, which is quite surprising because a lot of her staff seem to adore the momager.

“Working for Kris is a 24/7 job. There’s no time for personal life whatsoever. Kris blows through assistants because she insists they dump their boyfriends and not see family or friends so they can focus on her,” the source said.

Mayer, on the other hand, also has a bad reputation for being a mean and worst boss in Hollywood. Those working for the singer are allegedly forced to endure the smell of his linens and bed.

“The sheets were absolutely disgusting. You would think he would clean up himself or throw them out. It was the worst I had ever seen, and they weren’t even embarrassed,” another source said.

Carey is no stranger to getting criticisms from the public because of her diva-like attitude. One of her children’s former nannies was reportedly fired for showing the singer’s twins too much affection.

The singer admitted that she hates having to fire her children’s nannies. But if she notices that they are becoming more important to her children than her, she would have no choice but to cut ties with them.

But as bad as these bosses are, there are also some Hollywood A-listers that have been dubbed as best bosses like Jennifer Hudson, Sandra Bullock, and Keanu Reeves.

After wrapping up the filming for John Wick 4, Reeves gifted his stuntmen with a $9,000 Rolex watch that he had engraved with a personal message.

As for Bullock, the actress doesn’t allegedly forget to give her staff hefty bonuses.

“She makes a point of remembering birthdays and will give gifts or surprise her employees with spa treatments,” the source said.

Hudson also gifted her longtime assistant, Walter Williams with a house. And she shared a clip of the surprise on social media. Hudson and Williams were classmates back in Chicago and they have known each other since they were in sixth grade.
