Camilla Parker Bowles has allegedly offered to step up for Queen Elizabeth following the latter’s hospitalization last month.

In its Nov. 15 issue, Woman’s Day claimed that Camilla is more than willing to help Her Majesty. However, there used to be more senior working royals at the monarch’s beck and call.

But following Prince Andrew’s indefinite leave and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to quit The Firm, the queen is only relying on fewer members of the royal family.

Prince Edward and his wife, Sophie Countess of Wessex have been helping the queen but they are mostly doing it privately. The same can be said about Princess Anne, who has been supporting her mom for years.

But it is Prince Charles, Camilla, Prince William, and Middleton that have been helping Her Majesty in public.

“Though with Andrew on forced leave because of his sexual assault case in the US and Harry living in California having stepped down as a senior royal, they’ve found themselves thin on the ground with the queen being off ill,” the source said.

The insider added that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are doing their best to support the queen. But they also have three young children that need their time and attention.

As such, the senior working royals couldn’t help but think that Camilla is a real godsend.

And the Duchess of Cornwall, allegedly, became even more devoted to her craft after she found out that she would be the future counselor of state when Prince Charles ascends the throne.

Meanwhile, New Idea published a similar story in its Nov. 15 issue and said that Prince Charles is preparing to step up to a bigger role in the royal family.

Camilla recently graced the Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition, and she will also attend a reception for the Women of the World’s Shameless Festival.

Prior to the queen’s hospitalization, the palace had already been ramping up Camilla’s royal duties. But they were forced to speed things up a bit due to the queen’s health issues.

However, the only accurate information that the tabloids said had to do with the queen being hospitalized and Camilla helping her out.

But it is important to note that Camilla’s additional workload is not a big deal because all the other senior royals stepped up for Her Majesty.
