Kris Jenner allegedly helped Travis Barker plan his engagement to Kourtney Kardashian.

In its Nov. 1 issue, Heat UK claimed that Barker only decided to propose to Kardashian after he made sure that Jenner was on board with what he wanted to do.

A source claimed that Barker was in charge of choosing the engagement ring, but Jenner managed all the logistics pertaining to the engagement.

“Travis has really endeared himself to Kris by asking her for advice on how to officially propose. He’d bought the ring a few weeks ago but wanted Kris’ input with the logistics. She helped him choose a venue and hired a photographer to discreetly hang back and capture the moment. Kourtney didn’t hesitate and said yes right away – it was like a scene from a movie,” the source said.

According to the source, Jenner, Barker, and Kardashian are now joining forces in planning the wedding, but they are not in a rush. After all, the ceremony won’t take place until next autumn or summer.

The insider said that if Kardashian and Barker could no longer wait before autumn or summer, they will most likely elope first just to get it over and done with.

And when they come back, the couple will allegedly have a formal wedding with all their family and friends.

Meanwhile, the source claimed that Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick was not informed beforehand about the engagement. So, he was shocked and enraged.

“He’s stunned and finding the news extremely hard to process. For all his bravado, he can’t bear seeing the moment of his kids fall so hard and fast for a guy he can’t relate to. He found out the same way that everyone else did, on social media, and was totally floored,” the source said.

Disick allegedly thought that Kardashian and Barker’s relationship was nothing serious. And he was convinced it was just a fling that would eventually die down. But to his surprise, the couple got engaged.

As of late, Disick has not opened up about Kardashian and Barker’s engagement so no one knows for sure what he thinks about it.

The tabloids are just depicting him as a scorned ex because he recently expressed his desire to marry his ex-girlfriend.

There’s also no truth to the tabloid’s claims that Jenner planned Kardashian and Barker’s engagement. After all, the musician was the one that planned everything.
