Kate Middleton is allegedly mentoring Lady Louise Windsor to follow in her footsteps.

In its September 6 issue, Woman’s Day claimed that Middleton received a fair share of training from Queen Elizabeth when she first joined the royal family.

And now that there are fewer working royals, Middleton and Prince William need to have all the support that they could get.

Since Windsor will be turning 18 in the coming weeks, she could allegedly receive an HRH title. And if she decides to accept it, this means that she would become an important member of the royal family’s working force.

With this, a source claimed that Middleton has been lending Windsor a helping hand. And she has been doing this ever since Prince Edward and Sophie, Countess of Wessex’s daughter was still very young.

“Kate and Louise have become very close in the lead-up to her 18th birthday. There’s a lot to talk about and Kate’s become a mentor to her, helping her prepare and decide on her future role in the family,” the source said.

Prior to this, Windsor was allegedly very shy and nervous about taking on some royal duties. But the Duchess of Cambridge helped put her at ease.

And since they share a lot of common interests, the two female royals allegedly have a lot of things to bond over.

“They both love sports and the arts and have similar temperaments. Princess Charlotte idolizes her cousin too, but the big bonus is Kate’s found a young but extremely loyal ally in the palace,” the source said.

In recent weeks, there have also been claims that Windsor helped babysit Prince William and Middleton’s three children while they were on vacation.

Since Windsor is very close to her younger cousins, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis allegedly had a blast hanging out with her.

Last year, a similar story was published by the tabloids when they claimed that Middleton has been relying on Windsor for help to babysit her children during their summer break.

However, not all the tabloid’s claims are correct. There is still no plan when it comes to Windsor getting an HRH title. This decision will be up to the queen and not on her or Middleton.

There is also no proof that Prince William’s wife has been training Windsor. If the young girl is being prepped for her royal duties, her parents are there to help her out first.
