Jennifer Garner has allegedly banned Jennifer Lopez from meeting her three children, Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.

In its June 7 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Garner is worried about her ex-husband, Ben Affleck because he seems to be so smitten with Lopez.

The World of Dance judge, on the other hand, seems to not be taking the actor too seriously. So, Garner is concerned that Lopez is just playing with Affleck’s heart.

“Jen finds the whole situation troubling and sad because she knows how vulnerable and lost Ben must be right now. His behavior is seriously off, but what can she do? He’s going through with this no matter what people think, but it will never have her approval,” the source said.

The insider added that Garner doesn’t want Affleck to rush into letting their kids know that he’s dating another woman. After all, the Batman v Superman actor made it a point to introduce his children to Ana de Armas. However, their relationship didn’t last very long.

Back then, Garner was allegedly OK with Affleck introducing de Armas to their children because she knew that the relationship was serious. But Garner can’t say the same thing about Affleck and Lopez’s relationship.

Years ago, the A-listers dated but right before their wedding, they announced that they were no longer pushing through with the ceremony.

So, Garner doesn’t want her children to go through the same heartbreak if Affleck and Lopez’s relationship won’t work out.

The 13 Going On 30 actress also feels that if she can wait a couple of months before introducing her children to her boyfriend, John Miller, Affleck should also be able to do the same.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. After all, Garner has not directly addressed Affleck and Lopez’s relationship so it’s unclear how she really feels about it.

A source recently told Entertainment Tonight that the actress wants nothing but the best for her ex-husband. And she also wants Affleck to be happy.

So, if Lopez is the one that will make Affleck happy, it’s highly likely for Garner to support their relationship.

It is also important to note that Garner and Affleck are friends. And they have been co-parenting their three children since their divorce.

At the end of the day, the A-listers want nothing more than to protect their kids and raise them the best way that they can.
