Prince William and Prince Harry showed a united front at Prince Philp’s funeral last week. But behind closed doors, the siblings allegedly had a secret showdown.

In its April 26 issue, Globe claimed that Prince William and Prince Harry had an explosive showdown before the funeral because they both refused to make peace.

The brothers agreed to reunite and even walk a few feet away from each other at the funeral, but this didn’t mean that they were ready to bury the hatchet. After all, the Duke of Cambridge still hasn’t forgiven Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for their interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Prior to the funeral, the source claimed that Prince William and Prince Harry had a massive argument while on a video call.

“Her Majesty even ordered a truce among all parties, including Prince Charles while they mourned her beloved husband. But emotions are tempered are running so high, they detonated a battle royal,” the source said.

However, Prince William and Prince Harry didn’t allegedly follow the queen’s orders. Instead, the former took the video call as an opportunity to confront Prince Harry about his accusations.

Prince William also slammed his younger brother for not visiting Prince Philip for over a year and for not visiting him before he passed away.

The Duke of Sussex retaliated and he questioned Prince William’s attempts to throw Markle under the bus multiple times. And he also allegedly vowed to never talk to him again.

However, the tabloid’s claims are very far from the truth. After all, more reputable sources revealed that Prince William and Prince Harry’s reunion was peaceful even though there appeared to be tensions on their way to St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle.

After Prince Philip’s funeral, Prince William and Prince Harry left the chapel looking more relaxed. They were also spotted chatting with each other, but Prince Harry spoke to Middleton more.

The tabloid’s claims that Prince Harry vowed to never talk to Prince William isn’t correct either. After all, the brothers will once again reunite in July for the unveiling of Princess Diana’s statue.

If the pandemic wouldn’t still be resolved then, Prince Harry would have to travel to the United Kingdom days before the ceremony so that he could quarantine. After which, he will reunite with his brother and the other members of the royal family.
