Jennifer Aniston looks fit and fabulous at 52.

In its April 19 issue, the actress’s personal trainer Leyon Azubuike shared some of the workouts that Aniston loves to do. The trainer also said that Aniston isn’t good at all the workouts, but after she learns them, she dominates it.

“We box, we jump rope, we do strength training, we do a lot of work with resistance bands. We’re big on resistance bands. We rotate these things so it’s always hard. She’s consistently being challenged, so the body reacts in a positive way and changes,” the trainer told In Touch Weekly.

Azubuike also dished that Aniston works out seven days a week for at least an hour every session. However, their routines change depending on how busy the Friends star is.

When Aniston isn’t filming, her personal trainer spends more time with her. If the trainer knows that Aniston will be attending an award show, he won’t give the actress killer workouts that could hurt her legs and feet.

According to the trainer, Aniston is also very dedicated to her fitness routine. If she needs to be on set early in the morning, she would schedule a workout session with Azubuike at 3 a.m.

During their hourly sessions, the personal trainer rarely allows Aniston to sit down. Instead, they make sure that every single minute is used wisely.

Some of Aniston’s favorite workouts include planking, pullups, sit-ups, and more. The Morning Show star can hold all three routines for minutes.

But Azubuike said that things weren’t always easy for Aniston. When they first started working out together, the actress couldn’t even jump rope. But over time, she improved and there’s no stopping her now.

Last year, Aniston’s personal trainer also opened up about her workout routine. He told Women’s Health that he does the periodization technique with the actress.

This means that he breaks their workout plans into phases that may include weeks, months, or years.

During her interview with People, Aniston also revealed that she practices yoga. She also adds spin classes to her workouts every now and then.

At times, Brad Pitt’s ex-wife also does boxing. And it’s one of the exercises that she continues to do besides yoga.

Aniston just turned 52 in February but she reportedly weighs less than 120 pounds and she stands 5”4.
