Prince Harry recently accepted a job at a tech start-up company to act as a mental health counselor to those in need.

Shortly after the announcements, several critics came forward to accuse Prince Harry of accepting the job for money.

In its April 12 issue, an unnamed source told Globe that since Prince Harry doesn’t have any psychology training, he isn’t fit for the role. However, BetterUp CEO Alexi Robichaux still chose to hire him because of his royal title.

The insider also claimed that the tech start-up will just use Meghan Markle’s husband as a showpiece for the company. However, Robichaux insisted that this isn’t the case.

During a recent interview, the CEO was asked how much he would be paying the former senior working royal. He refused to reveal the actual figures, but he insisted that Prince Harry will be given a meaningful and meaty role in his company.

Meanwhile, Us Weekly also said a similar thing about Prince Harry’s latest gig in its April 12 issue. Their source claimed that the only people who are thrilled over the gig are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

After all, the members of the royal family think that the former working royals are using their titles and former connections to land them lucrative jobs.

However, a second source told the tabloid that Prince Harry is on his own path and no one can stop him from pursuing what he wants to do regardless of how the royal family feels.

And even though there are days wherein Prince Harry might regret his decision, the source said that these feelings are not enough for him to want to return home.

“He says they have no regrets about moving to Los Angeles and that things are just getting started for them,” the source said.

Other than his new mental health gig, Prince Harry will also be joining Aspen Institute’s Commission on Information Disorder team alongside Katie Couric.

He and his wife will also be working on more initiatives in the coming months. But they have yet to share their plans.

According to Us Weekly, there are also whispers that the couple will be producing a movie about Princess Diana’s death under their production company, Archewell Productions.

The project will revolve around the conspiracy theories surrounding Princess Diana’s shocking demise. And it will also shed light on the rumors that she and Dodi Al-Fayed were killed because the royals didn’t want a Muslim to be part of their family.
