The rumor mill has been churning out all sorts of speculations regarding the relationship status of Cara Delevingne and Ashley Benson, but nothing was set in stone until now. E! News reported that Cara and Ashley have decided to part their ways and that the supermodel is enjoying not being in a relationship as she spends more time with her friends in quarantine.

Its been about two years since Cara started dating the Pretty Little Liars star, and about a year since they publicly announced their relationship. In June last year, Cara shared a video of her and Ashley's make-out session. During an interview at the TrevorLIVE Gala, which took place the same month, Cara opened up to E! News about the reason why she went public with their romance.

Aside from the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots, it was Cara and Ashley's relationship's first anniversary. A source told the outlet that Ashley has never been in this type of relationship before and is happier than she ever has been. Ashley was living with Cara at her first real home in Los Angeles at the time.

According to the insider, this was an unconventional relationship that's based primarily on a lot of understanding, support, and loving communication. Aside from that, the source said the couple indulges in doing regular things such as getting coffee, walking the dog, or going to the movies. More importantly, they loved staying at home and spending time together.

After her breakup, Delevingne has opted to stay busy spending time with long-time friends Kaia Gerber, Margaret Qualley, and sister Rainey Qualley. They are all stuck together amid the coronavirus lockdown and following social distancing rules.

Unnamed sources told People that Cara and Ashley have had their differences before but it is over now, adding that their relationship just ran its course. The official spokespeople of the couple have neither confirmed nor denied this speculation yet.

In 2018, Cara and Ashley's photos of kissing at the Heathrow Airport garnered huge popularity back then. They have publicly displayed their affection on multiple occasions since then. Their kissing photo broke the internet in June 2019.

In the Oct. 2019 edition of Elle UK’s Magazine, Delevingne said it felt incredible knowing that you are not facing the world alone. Following their break, Cara and Ashley seem to have taken each other's photos down from their social media accounts.
