It looks like a new year means a new romance for Hollywood stars Olivia Wilde and Harry Styles. Reports are swirling that the pair have reportedly been dating for a number of weeks now.

People reports that Wilde and Styles were spotted holding hands at the marriage of Jeff Azoff and Glenne Christiansen. Azoff is Styles’ manager. Quoting a source, People says the pair were very affectionate and that it had already been weeks since they started dating.

Photographs of the pair holding hands show Wilde in a floral gown while Styles is dressed in a classic all-black suit with a white shirt underneath. The pair were also wearing face masks, as the coronavirus pandemic is experiencing a resurgence in California, where the wedding was held.

Page Six speculates that Wilde and Styles may have started to fall for each other on the set of Don’t Worry Darling, which Wilde is directing. Styles had been cast in the film after Shia LaBeouf dropped out of the production reportedly due to a scheduling conflict.

Styles was apparently a casting coup for Wilde. Page Six quotes Wilde as saying that she “did a little victory dance” once the former One Direction member decided to get on board the production.

Representatives for both Wilde and Styles have not confirmed the relationship. However, should the pair come out officially together, this would be Wilde’s first relationship since breaking off her engagement with comedian Jason Sudeikis.

Sudeikis and Wilde first started dating in 2011 and got engaged in 2012. While they are never married, the pair share two children: six-year-old Otis and four-year-old Daisy. The pair apparently separated on good terms as they have been photographed hugging and smiling even after the separation.

If Wilde and Styles really are dating, it would also mean that the two have a 10-year age difference between them. Styles is 26-years-old while Wilde is 36. This would also put them alongside similar couples with a huge age difference between them, such as Zach Braff and Florence Pugh.

Braff and Pugh were themselves recently in the headlines after the 45-year-old actor greeted Pugh on her 25th birthday. On his Instagram account, Braff described his relationship with the actress as a blessing and called Pugh the “most fun person” he has been with.

Pugh, for her part, reposted Braff’s declaration on her Instagram stories and added a red heart emoji to the post.

Just like Wilde and Styles, Braff and Pugh met on the set of a film, In the Time It Takes to Get There. Coincidentally, Pugh is also part of the cast of Wilde’s Don’t Worry Darling.
