The ongoing speculation of Prince Harry and Prince William’s continuing rift is still a big mystery until now. It's almost a year since Harry and Meghan Markle decided to leave the royal firm, and since their relationship with other royal members declined.

Last year was understandably a very difficult year for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and with the new year starting, everything is up on the air regarding the rift between the two parties.

It has been believed that 2021 could be the year the two brothers can finally sit down and talk. Royal experts pointed out that two events will play a pivotal role in Harry and William's reconciliation.

Marie Claire reports that Prince Philip’s 100th birthday and the late Princess Diana’s 60th Birthday celebration will be the most important event for the two brothers.

Although Prince Harry has been based in the United States following their decision to step down as senior royals, the royal expressed his desire to go back to the UK this year to attend familial festivities.

Whether the two will reconcile or not, the possibility of the royal brothers attending the same event is enough to deliver a message regarding their rapport.

The two events will be considered a ‘litmus test’ to their relationship and will be happening this June. Around this time, it is also alleged that the ‘Megxit’ review will take place. The duo was rumored to have placed a request to extend their negotiated deal with the royal family.

Recently, Harry and his wife Meghan Markle launched their Archewell Foundation website, which has become a great source of assumptions.

The website shows a photograph of a young Prince Harry sitting on the shoulder of his late mother, Princess Diana. The Duke of Sussex has been accused of exploiting the image of the late royal, and, reportedly, Prince William is not too happy about it.

Sheknows suggested that this could further cause the rift between Harry and his brother to deepen.

“I think William will be slightly worried if Harry uses Diana for any of his charitable or commercial ventures without consulting him,” royal expert Phil Dampier shared.

There has been no comment from the Sussex camp regarding Dampier’s claims. Prince Harry and Meghan continue to dominate news headlines with their future projects under their Archewell brand.
