The Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood star took Instagram to reveal details of her sobriety and how she takes one day at a time to achieve success. The actress shared two selfies on her social media, and in the second picture, she showed off her four fingers, referring to four years.

Willis wrote that she feels absolutely grateful about making the decision of self-care instead of being numb or stay distracted from the situations all the time. She addressed the ongoing crisis and noted that it was important to stay mindful during the last year. Moreover, she also noted that it was important to choose health over everything else for the sake of loved ones around her and stay safe.

"I feel immense gratitude that even when I have no escape from the feelings that come up no matter hard or painful they may be, I try my best to live through them," she said. She mentioned the challenges the year has brought up, but she chose to raise over those challenges every time.

Willis said that she is focused on loving herself and proving that she is capable of coming over to any difficult situation. However, she admitted that leaving alcohol is not easy, nor is it a standard process for everyone else to follow.

The actress explained that if anyone wants to get sober in the future, then they should learn that it is a process, which needs baby steps. She further said that she doesn't have answers to all the questions related to sobriety, but she admitted that everyone has to deal with one day at a time to achieve their goals.

She concluded her post by saying that she knows what works best in her favor, but she can always be a great support to her fans and followers. The Dancing with the Stars winner emphasized enough on the journey towards getting sober and encouraged everyone to start their own personal journey.
