Ellen DeGeneres no longer takes her wife, Portia de Rossi, and their life for granted.

In its Dec. 28 issue, New Idea claimed that DeGeneres and de Rossi are experiencing some kind of relationship reboot.

After enduring a tough year, DeGeneres realized that she needs to change.

And when she did, she and de Rossi started having more fun together.

“She’s no longer taking her home life for granted. For both of them, this feels like a fresh start,” the source said.

This week, other tabloids have also been claiming that DeGeneres and de Rossi are in such a good place in their marriage.

According to National Enquirer, the Ellen Show decided to propose to her wife because she wants to renew their vows.

In order to make sure that de Rossi would say yes, DeGeneres, allegedly, bribed the Ally McBeal star.

DeGeneres told de Rossi that she can spend as much as she wants on their second wedding.

And the Scandal star couldn’t be more thrilled because she’s a girly-girl who likes to dress up and plan parties.

A source also told the tabloid that DeGeneres realized that she could lose her wife if she takes her for granted again.

However, there isn’t any proof that DeGeneres is planning on renewing her vows with de Rossi. If she is, more reputable sources would’ve already reported on it.

Meanwhile, DeGeneres recently revealed that she tested positive for COVID-19. As such, the production for Ellen Show was halted.

Days later, the comedian revealed that she also experienced excruciating back pain. DeGeneres said that she didn’t realize that back pain was one of the effects of COVID-19.

In a video clip she shared online, DeGeneres said that she’s feeling much better. However, she didn’t know that she could get back pain from COVID-19.

According to Today, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control does not list back pain as a COVID-19 symptom.

But they said that body pain and muscle aches are just some of the symptoms you can get from the illness.

But this week, DeGeneres was already spotted out and about. Page Six published a photo of DeGeneres strolling while using her phone.

In the snap, she isn’t wearing a mask. DeGeneres reportedly said that she’s been feeling 100 percent.

However, DeGeneres was slammed for not wearing a mask in public even though she just tested positive for COVID-19.

The CDC also recommends Americans to wear a mask in public settings or when they are around people who do not live in the same household.
