Mandy Moore seems to be going through a difficult phase during her third trimester. The 36-year-old singer and actress took social media to reveal how she has been weepy, feeling exhausted, and nauseous lately.

Moore is expecting her first baby with her second husband, Taylor Goldsmith. The couple is supposed to welcome the baby earlier in 2021 while they also disclosed the gender of the baby. The duo previously said that they are going to welcome a baby boy into this world together.

However, the Ralph Breaks the Internet star took Instagram stories to share her feelings amid her pregnancy. In one of the stories, she asked her pregnant friends while addressing her fans and followers.

The singer asked if anybody else also feels like crying for no reason or constantly exhausted. She further said she feels like everything has "turned on a dime." It seems Moore and the 35-year-old musician are doing their best to prepare for the delivery amid the ongoing pandemic as they joined Transformed, which is a virtual childbirth class through Zoom call held by Birth author Britta Bushnell.

Last week, Moore shared a lengthy post on Instagram in which she mentioned that as soon as she revealed the pregnancy news, many loved ones and friends recommended her various classes, podcasts, and books.

She noted that Bushnell's classes were on the top of the list, and she also shared a picture of her holding a book named Transformed by Birth. She further acknowledged the book's information and said that reading it at an early stage of her pregnancy helped her feel better and prepare emotionally and mentally.

Moore admitted in a follow-up post that Hormones are for real. She assured her fans about feeling better after sharing the crying post and said that she is grateful while her hormones go crazy sometimes. She further said that she managed to leave her bed for a nice long walk, and that helped her to feel better.

"Britta's a remarkable leader and teacher but also the opportunity to be in community and conversation with other birthing parents and partners (all of whom were so generous and vulnerable and engaged) during this very isolating time was such a gift," the Emmy nominee said.

Moore also noted that she has a new appreciation for labyrinths and Greek mythology. She thanked Bushnell for making her laugh and cry while slow dancing. The couple is together for two years in wedlock while they met in 2015 through Instagram.
