Ivanka Trump is said to be preparing for her senatorial bid in the upcoming 2022 midterm elections. Since President Donald Trump was not able to beat Joe Biden in the recently concluded elections, speculations have it that the wife of Jared Kushner would continue her father’s legacy to making America great again.

Ivanka Trump claimed lockdowns are no backed by science

Recently, Ivanka Trump was in hot waters again after she suggested that COVID-19 lockdowns “are no grounded in science.” The first daughter even wrote, in her tweet, that the rules during the quarantine have destroyed numerous lives, especially small business owners who have been trying to keep their American dream alive.

Ivanka Trump’s tweet came after a clip of a store owner named Anton Van Happen got into an argument with public health inspectors. The businessman was issued a citation for keeping his store open even after a closure order was issued already. At one point in the video, Anton asked the inspectors if they would be paying his rent.

Critics of Ivanka Trump were quick to respond to her post on Twitter. One netizen said that President Donald Trump’s administration has done nothing to push another stimulus plan, refused to negotiate with Democrats, and held mass gatherings that helped the spread of the deadly coronavirus. Foreign Desk News editor Lisa Daftari reminded Ivanka that her stepmom, Melania Trump, removed her mask at a hospital in front of many sick children.

Another Twitter user shared that things would have been better if only Ivanka Trump and the other members of the current administration had responded to the virus early, established mass testing, and encouraged everyone to wear masks. Justin Hendrix who is the executive director of NYC Media Lab, responded to Ivanka’s tweet saying that the high mortality rate could have been avoided if only the government listened to the scientists from the very beginning.

Some netizens even retorted with the hashtag #fakescientist. Ivanka Trump has yet to respond to these harsh criticisms.

Ivanka Trump is reported to be moving to Billionaire’s Bunker

Meanwhile, Ivanka Trump has been rumored to be transferring to Florida, alongside Jared Kushner and their kids, once her father’s presidency ends. The sister of Donald Trump Jr., reportedly, bought a $31 million worth of property on the super-exclusive Indian Creek Island.

The small piece of land only has 41 residences and maintains 13 strong police force to keep the place’s peace and order. This, then, gave birth to speculations that Ivanka Trump is planning to enter the gubernatorial race or senatorial race in the next elections. Aside from Ivanka, President Donald Trump, Melania Trump, and Barron Trump are, also, said to move to Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.
