Kate Middleton has allegedly reached out to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ahead of their son Archie’s first birthday.

According to Closer Weekly, the Duchess of Cambridge sent Archie their family’s birthday gift all the way from the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, the contents of the Cambridges’ present hasn’t been revealed.

A source also told the tabloid that Prince Harry and Markle are going all out for their son’s birthday even though they are on lockdown. The royal couple has allegedly organized FaceTime calls with Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, and Doria Ragland on the morning of Archie’s birthday.

The source said that Prince Harry and Markle will surprise Archie with blow-up pool toys and some stuffed animals. After all, the 11-month-old is following on his parents’ footsteps of becoming an animal lover.

Meanwhile, the source also shared how Archie has been adjusting to his new life in Los Angeles. Prince Harry and Markle’s son is allegedly very advanced for his age and he has already started walking.

And since Archie will soon turn 1 year old, Prince Harry and Markle are allegedly talking about giving him a sibling.

“Now that they’ve begun to settle into their new life, the couple have started thinking about having another child. Meghan recently joked to friends that she’d love to surprise Archie with a new ‘pint-size’ buddy. Another baby is almost definitely in the cards — sooner rather than later. It wouldn’t be surprising if Meghan becomes pregnant before the end of the year,” the source said.

In related news, there were reports suggesting that Prince Harry and Markle will release a new photo of Archie on his birthday. But since they are no longer using their Sussex Royal Instagram account, it is unclear where Archie’s picture will be shared.

A source told Daily Mirror that the Sussexes won’t welcome any guests on Archie’s first birthday. After all, they are still self-isolating due to the coronavirus pandemic.

“It will be just the three of them. Meghan understandably refuses to take any risks with guests or travel,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex plan to throw a birthday party for Archie at a much later date when they visit the United Kingdom. This way, Archie would be able to celebrate the occasions with his cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and great-grandparents.
