Recently, the Batman & Robin actor revealed the very reason why he has been so careful during the COVID-19 pandemic. George Clooney divulged that his son, Alexander, actually has asthma. This, according to Amal Alamuddin’s husband, could put Alexander in serious danger if ever he contracted the deadly coronavirus.

Because of that, George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin have decided to not leave their twins’ side as the world continues to face the present global health crisis. The couple, reportedly, tried to cancel all their engagements and other commitments just to make sure that Alexander and Ella remain protected and safe.

George Clooney told The Guardian that he gives his twins enough room to make mistakes and learn from them in the process. The Up in the Air star even shared there are a number of things his parents did to him that he does not want Alexander and Ella to experience. George stated there are bad habits or conducts in the past that he needs to stop as he tries to break the chain.

When asked about how he has been doing during quarantine, George Clooney said that 2020 has been a bad year for everyone. However, The Descendants star said he was lucky that he became successful in his chosen field. He even stated he is thankful he has a home with enough space where he can walk around outside without leaving their compound.

The father of two said that he realized artists should better pick better movies if they are going to be responsible for it. To recall, the actor has forsworn the Batman & Robin film, claiming that it was “a waste of money” and an installment that could have ruined the entire franchise.
