Reality TV’s royal family, the Kardashian-Jenners, revealed today that their annual Christmas celebrations would be canceled due to the ongoing pandemic.

The annual festivities the TV stars throw have become one of the most awaited events by A-listers in Hollywood. The Kardashian and Jenner sisters have taken turns in hosting the Christmas party, and it has always been something grand.

Now, they will have to lay low on their plans after being blasted several times for hosting parties during the pandemic.

Fans of the family have tweeted asking if the annual Christmas party hosted by the family will be taking off this year, with one fan asking specifically one of the sisters, Khloe Kardashian, whether she will be hosting this year.

Khloe shocked the fan when she answered the query revealing that the party was canceled due to the rising Covid cases in the USA.

“The Covid cases are getting out of control in CA. So we decided that we’re not doing a Christmas Eve party this year. It’s the first time we will not be having a Christmas Eve party since 1978, I believe. Health and safety first, though!” Khloe Kardashian answered.

She also added that she and the entire family are extremely upset about the cancellation of the Christmas Eve Party.

Others have tweeted that they only canceled their party after being blasted for Kim Kardashian-West’s 40th birthday celebrations, which caused a huge controversy due to their entire family and a close friend traveling to an exclusive island.

The family reassured their fans and critics that they were all swabbed before traveling, and all of their results came back negative. Kim also revealed that they chartered and airbus plane, so everyone was in the same bubble.

Kim also went as far as to rent the entire island for her birthday, with the staff being swabbed and negative for Covid. But people still believe that the family was selfish.

Despite the negative backlash, Kim and all the other Kardashians who were at the party continued to post photos and videos of their time there.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan has had a rough year, with Kanye West losing in the US Presidential elections and his Bipolar disorder getting worse and worse.

Khloe has also been subjected to several rumors of her partner and baby daddy, Boston Celtics basketball player Tristan Thompson continually cheating on her.

Yet the family still stands strong and has gone down as a legend in Television with their reality TV show and other commercial ventures.
