Gwen Stefani and Jennifer Lopez are, allegedly, having bride wars since they are both engaged.

In Touch Weekly recently compared the two artists and claimed that they’re in competition with one another.

The tabloid also quoted Stefani’s previous interview, where she revealed that Prince told her that she and Lopez are in competition. However, the No Doubt singer didn’t agree with Prince.

Still, the tabloid claimed that Stefani and Lopez are competing with each other when they’re not.

To support their dubious claim, the tabloid listed down a list of comparisons between the artists.

For instance, they said that Stefani and Lopez are the same age. Stefani is engaged to Blake Shelton, while Lopez is engaged to Alex Rodriguez.

When it comes to previous marriages, Stefani only had one failed marriage to Gavin Rossdale. Lopez, on the other hand, has been married three times.

The World of Dance judge was previously married to Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998. She also tied the knot with Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003.

In 2004, Lopez tied the knot with Marc Anthony, and they were together until 2014. The exes were blessed with twins, Max and Emme during their 10-year marriage.

In Touch Weekly also compared Stefani and Lopez’s net worth. They claimed that The Voice coach is worth $150 million, while Lopez is worth $400 million.

Both artists have made it to Billboard Hot 100 no. 1 hits four times. And they were both members of groups before they became solo artists.

The tabloid even went as far as comparing the two women’s signature body part.

They claimed that Stefani’s signature body part is her abs, while Lopez’s signature body part is her bum.

However, even the tabloid’s comparisons proved that Stefani and Lopez are not in competition with each other because they don’t have much in common.

Lopez announced her engagement to Rodriguez in March 2019. The couple was supposed to tie the knot this year, but COVID-19 pushed back their plans.

Stefani, on the other hand, just got engaged to Shelton last month after dating each other for five years.

As of late, it is still unclear when they will tie the knot. However, tabloids have been claiming that the couple will have two wedding ceremonies.

Their first and smaller wedding will, allegedly, take place in Oklahoma while their second wedding, which will be bigger, will take place in Los Angeles.
