Winona Ryder is letting her Dutch Colonial home go for sale in San Francisco. While celebrities don't hesitate to buy expensive properties in affluent areas, they also sell the same with ease at the right time. However, there are some exceptions, like Ryder, who kept her property for over 25 years.

The 49-year-old actress bought the house in 1995, while there is no confirmation on how long the actress lived in the Cow Hollow neighborhood. The actress has earned a fortune in Hollywood with iconic movies such as Heathers and Beetlejuice.

The two time Oscar nominee for Little Women and The Age of Innocence is popularly known for her recent science fiction thriller on Netflix, Stranger Things. The actress worked in the film How to Make an American Quilt in 1995, and in the same year, she purchased the classic gambrel-roofed house for $1.3 million, which was originally built in 1902.

The residence has three-story that consists of three bedrooms along with two-and-a-half bathrooms. The house provides a stunning view of the bay while the size of the property is over 3,140-square feet.

As per the reports, the actress listed the house for rent in 2019 at $15,000 per month, which clearly indicates that Ryder doesn't have any personal items in that house. While the house is built in old classic style, there are modern style detailing done over the period of time.

The foyer of the house is spacious, and the living room consists of original wooden flooring and glass windows. There are two living rooms technically, and both of them have a huge fireplace, while the kitchen has countertops in gray and appliances are made of stainless steel.

Although the kitchen area has been redesigned, the dining space includes sliding glass doors that open to display a beautiful view of Angel Island State Park. Ryder seems to be one of those celebrities who purchased the house for not reselling and instead of living for a long time.

Moreover, the actress seems to have created an impact on her fellow actresses too. Recently, Salma Hayek shared a picture of herself on social media and captioned while mentioning Ryder.

The 54-year-old actress wrote that people used to call her look-alike of Ryder, and then she asked her fans and followers what they think about it. Hayek revealed that she loves being aged but gracefully. She recalled looking at her old pictures, and now, she appreciates those clicks more than ever.
