Millions of fans loved them in the thriller Speed. The two have been extremely good friends, and a tabloid has now insisted that Sandra Bullock was organizing an engagement party for Keanu Reeves. 

Contrary to what some people would like to believe, Reeves and Bullock never dated. They both confided on different occasions of having a crush on each other. However, they did not confess their feelings directly. Bullock feels that they could be good friends because of not having physical intimacy with one another.

Reeves has a large fan following and is fondly referred to as the boyfriend of the internet. People love his on-screen presence, which is enigmatic and yet thoroughly likable. 

The Blind Side actress joked about the possibility of her reunion with Reeves for Speed 3. The Oscar Award-winning actress mentioned that Reeves was a master in the department of romance. She playfully pitched the idea of how if Speed 3 happens, they could all be shown as older characters while interacting with Entertainment Tonight. 

Last year, a tabloid claimed how Sandra Bullock was busy arranging an engagement party for her good friend Reeves and his girlfriend Alexandra Grant. It also alleged that the party would be held in her Los Angeles home.

Reeves and Grant have been subjected to a string of rumors, including how they planned to have a hush-hush wedding. However, even this narrative emerged as false. Meanwhile, Keanu Reeves indeed thought his former co-star was a wonderful actress and an excellent human being.

He even admitted that their on-screen chemistry in Speed was great, perhaps because of the crush they had for each other while working together. On the other hand, his former co-star thought that Reeves was incredibly handsome. He had to look at her, and she would start giggling. 

However, that does not mean that Bullock would be going out of her way to arrange an engagement party for her old friend. The most hilarious part of this false narrative was that Reeves is yet to pop up that one important question to his girlfriend (via Gossip Cop). So, the idea of being engaged and throwing an engagement party is a bit too far-fetched.  

The visual artist had indeed hinted her and Reeves being an item while speaking to Vogue. However, there has been no confirmation on whether they were planning to get married or not. 

As of date, there is no proper proof to establish that Sandra Bullock was planning for an engagement party of Keanu Reeves in her LA home.
