It looks like the separation between estranged husband and wife Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox was not as amicable as believed as Fox publicly berated Brian Austin Green on his Instagram account after a post that featured their child.

People reports that the 34-year-old actress called out her 47-year-old ex-husband after the latter posted a photo of him and their child Journey River on his Instagram account. In the now-deleted photo, both Green and his son with Fox are in costume.

In the comments section, Fox claimed that Green was “intoxicated” in feeding the public narrative of Fox being a negligent mother to her kids with Green. Fox said that she also had a fun time with her children over the Halloween weekend but did not need to post it on social media.

ET Online also notes that Fox pointed out to Green that it was not difficult to crop out their children's images from their Instagram posts. While Fox affirmed that Green loves their kids and that their kids love them back, the actress questioned Green’s supposed need to have the internet echo that love.

Shortly after Fox posted the comment, Green deleted the Instagram post. He then replaced it with an image of just himself in costume with their son cropped out of the image. It retained the first post's caption, which was “Hope you all had a good Halloween!!”

While their children's topic has exposed some of the cracks in Fox and Green’s post-marriage relationship, it looks like these same children are bringing Fox and her current beau, Machine Gun Kelly, closer together.

Just last month, Fox introduced Kelly to her kids with Green -- seven-year-old Noah Shannon, six-year-old Bodhi Ransom, and three-year-old Journey River. Apparently, Fox does not see her current relationship with the 30-year-old Kelly as a fling and thought it was only natural for the musician to know her children.

Over the past few months, the relationship between Fox and Kelly has escalated right in front of the eyes of the public. The pair were initially caught spending time during the summer and the start of the coronavirus-induced lockdowns.

Since then, the couple has been seen going on multiple dates and have even confirmed their relationship on the podcast Give Them Lala...With Randall. Randall Emmett is the host of the podcast and the director of Midnight in the Switchgrass, which is where Fox and Kelly first met.

Fox and Kelly made their relationship Instagram-official back in July with a black-and-white photo showing them with their arms around each other and with their tongues out.
