Company 8 gets an official statement from the Imperial Armed Forces in Fire Force Season 2, Episode 19. The new episode is called The Oze Family.

The official Fire Force Season 2, Episode 19 promo trailer has been released. The promo teases the arrival of a communique to Company 8.  

“A communique arrives at the 8th from the Imperial Armed Forces. Written within it is an invitation to a new war. No, I don’t want this! I am going back to the Armed Forces? Next time on Fire Force Season 2, Episode 19, The Oze Family,” reads the preview text from the new episode. 

Meanwhile, in Fire Force Season 2, Episode 18, Company 8 is alerted about a fire in the Arakawa Shopping District’s bazaar. It is revealed that the source of the fire is a single Infernal.

Company 8 learns that the Infernal has claimed the life of one person. The team manages to put the lady Infernal to rest. 

However, the husband of the Infernal reveals that she received salvation from the Holy Sol Temple. He wonders if she has received the mercy of Sol. Sister Iris comforts the man.

Meanwhile, back in the headquarters, the team members note that unbaptized equipment and tools are piling up. 

Shinra chips in to assist Sister Iris and accompany her to the Central Church. Later, the duo arrives at the Central Church, also known as the Baptism Church. 

Shinra decides to explore the church by himself, while Sister Iris baptizes the equipment. Shinra notes that the church has the specter of the Evangelist overshadowing its origins. 

Meanwhile, Shinra notes something odd about Iris’ demeanor. She looks stressed out. He announces that he will be happy to help her. 

Later, in the installment, Shinra meets Lieutenant Huo Yan in the church. Shinra shares the reason for his visit. Yan is happy that Shinra is enthusiastic about visiting church despite the talks about the Holy Sol Temple and the Evangelist. 

He adds that due to the rumors, several units are neglecting baptisms lately.  Yan states that even Karim is growing disenchanted with the Holy Sol Temple.  

Fire Force Season 2, Episode 19 is scheduled to broadcast on Friday, Nov. 6, 2020 at 11.55 a.m. ET. The episodes are available online for streaming on Crunchyroll.
