Taichi and the others manage to get inside the castle after beating Splashmon in Digimon Adventure Episode 22. The next episode is called The Unbeatable Blue Sagittarius.

The official Digimon Adventure Episode 22 preview trailer reveals Takeru and Yamato are in trouble.

“Takeru and Yamato are in danger. That’s when Weregarurumon’s roar echoes into the sky. Next time of Digimon Adventure: The Unbeatable Blue Sagittarius” reads the text from the upcoming episode’s promotional trailer.

Twitter user Wikimon has shared the translated synopsis for Digimon Adventure Episode 22. The synopsis states that Taichi and his friends will infiltrate the castle on top of El Doradimon’s back. They need to get their hands on the Digitama of the Holy Digimon which was taken away by Skull Knightmon.

Taichi and his comrades will beat Splashmon who is guarding the castle. Skull Knightmon’s true intentions involve coercing the Holy Digimon to join the dark forces and become his ally.

Later, in the Digimon Adventure episode, Skull Knightmon drops the Digitima in the swamp.

In the meantime, in Real World, a massive tanker that was hijacked by Devimon ally might be crashing soon. In the last episode of the series, Skull Knigtmon snatches the Digitama. Taichi and others follow the mysterious Digimon that took the Digitama.

They pass through the swamps and see a large tower. Skullknightmon is likely inside the tower. Taichi notes that they have come to a crazy place. Yamato explains that the miasma is unnaturally dense.

Meanwhile, Takeru finds the Holy Digimon’s feather. Later, they come up with a plan to infiltrate the tower. However, they are attacked by a fierce Digimon named Splashmon. Garurumon attacks with Fox Fire. Greymon joins the battle against Splashmon as Yamato protects Takeru.

It is revealed that the swamp of miasma is the power source of the Splashmon. Elsewhere, Takeru starts to enter the well of miasma. The battle between Garurumon, Greymon, and Splashmon continues and clearly, the evil Digimon is overtaking them.

Greymon evolves into Metalgreymon to deal with Splashmon. It will be interesting to see how in the future episodes Taichi, Yamato, and the others save the Holy Digimon.

Digimon Adventure Episode 22 is scheduled to broadcast on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020. Crunchyroll is streaming the installment online in Japanese with English subtitles.
