Nataku is inside the massive Infernal and is not in the right state of mind in Fire Force Season 2, Episode 17. The next installment is titled Boys, Be Weak.

The official Fire Force Season 2, Episode 17 promo trailer has been released showcasing what happens next in the series.

“Nataku-san is swallowed up inside the giant Infernal, and not in his right mind. The radiation grows ever stronger until finally, we are all placed in the greatest peril! Someone, someone, please stop him! Next time on Fire Force Season 2, Episode 17, Boys, Be Weak,” reads text from the promotional trailer for the upcoming installment.

In the previous Fire Force Season 2 episode, the White-Clad members have arrived and it is likely they want to secure the Adolla Burst.

Soon, the White Clad and Company 8 start the battle. However, it is a three-way battle because of Hajima.

The White Clad has Nataku and Shinra is asked to rescue him from the bad guys.

Nataku, who is the Sixth Pillar, needs to be secured by Company 8. However, due to White Clad’s attack, it is becoming increasingly difficult.

Arthur finds Nataku, but Kurono Yuichiro manages to take him away from Arthur, announcing that he belongs to Hajima.

Meanwhile, Ritsu uses her Necro Pyro ability to create Infernals. Shinra and Arthur are shocked to witness Ritsu’s power as it will further complicate things for the heroes.

The corpses start attacking the Infernal and snatch Nataku. Soon, there is a giant Infernal who has Nataku at its core. The Infernal looks dangerously similar to the one that Company 8 faced in Ueno. The giant Infernal has a fighter at its base and now it will fight against Company 8 and others.

Fire Force Season 2 Episode 17 is slated to hit the airwaves on Friday, Oct. 23, 2020. Viewers can subscribe to Crunchyroll and watch the episodes online in Japanese with English subtitles.
