Doc on the way! The South Korean girl pop band Blackpink has almost traveled to the pinnacle of the music industry. The four-member team has hammered out some of the very entertaining music projects in a very short space of time – and this is the possible reason that they are getting a documentary based on their career at such an early stage of their musical career.

Funnily enough, in general, it takes artists decades to reach a point where a documentary film based on their lives can be justifiable.

Now is the time for the Blackpink fans to celebrate, the streaming company Netflix has rolled out the trailer for Blackpink’s upcoming documentary "Light Up the Sky." Immediately after the release, the trailer has sparked an emotional frenzy among fans and viewers.

The film is a sentimental one that features the most important bits of the group’s music career, the highs, lows, pain, and glory. Obviously, what would a movie be with a full perspective?

The star-set consisting of Lisa, Jennie, Rosé, and Jisoo were all overwhelmed with a  variety of emotions as they set out to dominate the world with the quality and appeal of their music.

As per Jennie, the K-Pop band won’t be what it is today in the absence of the time they spend together working and training. She explained the cordial relationship and understanding among the group mates to be in line with what happens in boarding schools. Four girls together, making dreams and living them.

Fans all around the world are taking to social media to share what they feel about the trailer – and it’s mostly inspirational, thoughtful, and emotional.

As they watched the trailer, most of the group members already got emotional.

Rosé had tears to cry as she shed light on the impact of the film on her and the rest of her mates. She described it as a part of a dream saying that she had never imagined that she would be living away from her closely-knit family.

Speaking of the troubles and difficulties on their way, Jisoo also confessed: ‘I asked myself, “Do you want to give up because it’s not easy?”

Their path has definitely been easy – and that is what makes stars. "Light Up the Sky" is not the story of their domination, but it’s more centered around how they made themselves. Fans are eagerly waiting and it's relieving to know, the doc will be around next week.
