Kate Middleton and Queen Elizabeth allegedly got into an ugly fight after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s royal wedding.

Two years ago, Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland attended her daughter’s royal wedding at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The professional yoga instructor arrived at the venue with Markle, but she was by herself on her way out of the church.

Prince Charles took the initiative to escort Ragland out of the chapel in the same way that he also escorted Markle on her way to the altar.

Photos of Prince Charles and Ragland chatting also made headlines after the royal family. And while a lot of people were happy to see Prince Charles including Ragland into the mix, the same cannot be said about Middleton.

The Duchess of Cambridge allegedly confronted Queen Elizabeth over the special treatment that was given to Ragland. Middleton wasn’t allegedly thrilled because her mom, Carole Middleton didn’t receive the same treatment years ago.

“Kate accused the Queen of giving Meghan special treatment and saw this as a huge snub to her side of the family. She understands that most of Meghan’s family is estranged from her and that this was a kind gesture, but it still hasn’t stopped her from thinking that Prince Harry’s wife has got it easy!” the source told Life & Style

Middleton is also allegedly upset at the queen for not inviting her parents to celebrate the holidays with her and the royal family.

“Kate’s parents have never been asked to spend the holidays with the Queen. Instead, she and William have been forced to split their time between the Middletons and the royals, shuffling their children from household to household,” the source said

During a previous interview, royal author Katie Nicholl said that Middleton’s parents are quite possessive towards their grandchildren. As such, Prince Charles has decided to stop inviting them to their home in Birkhall.

“Charles feels very much that the Middletons get more than their fair share of time with George and Charlotte. In comparison, he sees them very little and he bears a bit of a grudge about that. He certainly feels William spends more time with the Middletons than he does with his own family," the source said.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. It is unlikely for Middleton to have confronted the queen on such a trivial matter. And it is more unlikely for Prince William’s wife to have caused a scene at the royal wedding.
