Queen Elizabeth recently sparked health worries after her alleged cancer diagnosis made headlines.

According to National Enquirer, the Queen’s cancer diagnosis threw Buckingham Palace into complete chaos. An unnamed palace source claimed that details regarding the severity of the Queen’s condition remain unknown.

Despite not knowing much about Her Majesty’s alleged cancer diagnosis, the source claimed that the palace staff is convinced that there’s not much time left for the monarch.

The tabloid also made use of a photo of the Queen’s bruised hand and said that this is one of the symptoms for leukemia.

“In an elderly woman like her, bruising that is not the result of trauma points to the loss of clotting component and indicates a blood cancer, like leukemia or lymphoma,” the source said.

According to the rumor-debunking site, Gossip Cop, there is no truth to the claims made by the tabloid.

While the photo of Her Majesty showed a bruise on her hand, there is no information on where she got it from. The tabloid’s claim that the Queen may not last until the end of the year, is also questionable at best.

Even though the monarch will soon be turning 94 years old, she’s in the best of health. And any updates regarding her health usually comes from a reputable source from the palace.

Last month, the palace gave a health update regarding the Queen after Prime Minister Boris Johnson tested positive for COVID-19. Days earlier, Prince Charles also tested positive for coronavirus.

“HMQ remains in good health. The Queen last saw the PM on the 11th March and is following all the appropriate advice with regards to her welfare. We will not be commenting further,” the statement read.

After saying that the Queen’s life is at risk due to her cancer diagnosis, the source also claimed that she’s ready to appoint Prince William as her successor.

However, the line of succession clearly states that the Queen has no say when it comes to who will take over the crown after she passes away. Prince Charles is next in line to the throne, and he will be the one to succeed the Queen.

The only time that Prince William will take over the throne is after Prince Charles passes away or abdicates.

At present, the Queen is still on self-quarantine at Windsor Castle with Prince Philip. Most of her royal engagements have also been canceled.
