The gorgeous Hollywood actress is a mom-of-two and does not just light up the big screen every time she appears on it but is also followed by millions of her loyal fans on her Instagram page.

She flaunts her stunning body for her 6.5 million Instagram followers in her magnificent workout snaps and alluring photos. But how does she manage to look so fit and beautiful?

The Catwoman actress slogs hard to stay in shape through her rigorous exercise routine and a proper diet. The star gives some mental wellness and beauty tips to stay in shape and look lovely. 

Berry was detected with diabetes when she was just 22-year-old. The Kidnap actress immediately decided to remove three important food items from her regular diet so that she could manage her health condition – conventional wine, white carbohydrates, and sugar. 

The actress confessed to Women’s Health magazine how addicted she was to sugar at the age of 19- or 20-year-old. This was even before she was diagnosed with diabetes. 

She began her day with sugary cereals such as Cocoa Puffs or Lucky Charms. She always snacked on hard candy such as a candy bar. In short, she always stuffed herself with sugary food items. 

However, after her diagnosis, Halle Berry stopped consuming sugar “cold turkey”. She had to undergo many weeks of mood swings and headaches after quitting these items. She eventually felt better and did not crave for it.  

These days, she only eats sweets on her children’s birthdays. She usually snacks on fruits with low-sugar in them such as raspberries and blackberries. 

The actress has also stopped eating all rice, bread, and pasta. She prefers to drink Dry Farm Wines rather than having traditional wine. The former is biodynamic, organic, and natural without chemicals or sugars added to it.

The X-Men actress loves to stay in shape. She had earlier revealed that the director of her film John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, Chad Stahelski encouraged her to get into “the best shape” of her life in 2019 for her role in the film.
