Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just signed a multiyear deal with Netflix.

According to reports, one of their first projects would be a documentary about Princess Diana.

While there hasn’t been any confirmation about their projects yet, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex said that they will be releasing inspirational shows on Netflix.

But according to The Sunday Mirror, if the Sussexes’ plans for a Princess Diana documentary pushes through, their relationship with Prince William could become irreparable.

“It is early stages but it is looking like it could happen. It will work as a tribute to Diana and build on all the incredible charity work, she has done. Netflix would also love to make a documentary about Diana and it is something they have been pushing for. These plans could further antagonize their fallout. If it does happen William will be the first to know,” the source said.

But the insider also said that if the project pushes through, Prince William might want to get involved. However, since he and Prince Harry are still at odds with each other, it might be difficult for them to work together.

“The brothers haven’t spoken for months and while Harry wished Prince George a happy birthday in July, there was no contact with William. It’s likely the silence will be broken by William, who’s expected to reach out to Harry on his birthday. Harry has also told friends that he will stand beside him to unveil Diana’s statue next year,” the source said.

The Sunday Mirror asked Prince William’s spokesperson to comment on his and Prince Harry’s feud. However, they refused to say anything regarding the royal siblings’ feud.

And when they reached out to a rep for Netflix, they said that there’s nothing to discuss Prince Harry and Markle’s projects. After all, nothing is on the pipeline for the couple.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Markle also made headlines this week after it was announced that they’ve already paid out their £2.4 million debt following the renovation of Frogmore Cottage. The Sussexes also paid the taxpayers’ money in cash.

“A contribution has been made to the Sovereign Grant by the Duke of Sussex. This contribution as originally offered by Prince Harry has fully covered the necessary renovation costs of Frogmore Cottage, a property of Her Majesty The Queen, and will remain the UK residence of the duke and his family,” a statement read.
