Melania Trump has met Queen Elizabeth a few times and the FLOTUS has never failed to stand out every time.

While speaking with Express, Gianni Casagrande of Moda, talked about the first lady’s fashion choices. More specifically, the expert talked about the bright red Givenchy gown that Melania wore at last year’s state dinner.

“Like the Queen, Melania is a fan of bold colors and tailoring and isn't afraid to stand out and wear something eye-catching. At a state dinner during last summer's visit she wore a bright red Givenchy gown in a favorite cut of hers - the cape,” Casagrande said.

Donald Trump’s wife is also known for wearing bright-colored pieces just like Her Majesty. According to Casagrande, this proves that the first lady isn’t someone who’s happy to fade into the background. Regardless of who she is meeting, Melania makes it a point to turn heads.

“She is not afraid to strike a balance between elegant and sexy, always pairing any outfit with smoldering eye make-up and glamorous waves. Her red-carpet style is reminiscent of her predecessor Michelle Obama. She was also a fashion rule breaker favoring bright colors, exposed upper arms and other looks which raised a few eyebrows in more traditional quarters,” Casagrande said.

Meanwhile, Melania also made headlines this week after she appeared in another coronavirus PSA. On Monday, the first lady addressed the children of America, who are all struggling amid the coronavirus outbreak.

The FLOTUS encouraged young Americans to make the most out of their day by showing kindness and care towards their loved ones. Melania also tried to comfort the American people by telling them that the pandemic will only be temporary and they will all get through it together.

Unfortunately, the first lady’s inspiring message did not sit well with her critics. Some of them accused her of faking her care for the Americans. After all, she once wore a controversial jacket with the statement “I Really Don’t Care, Do You?” on it.

Other critics couldn’t help but compare Melania from Michelle Obama. Some people also accused the FLOTUS of plagiarizing her speech since she was previously busted for copying the speech of Barack Obama’s wife.

Some critics also called the first lady a hypocrite for preaching about kindness and care when she and her husband are unable to do the same thing.
