As obvious, crazy fans are loving it and it shows up in the comments. The good review of his acting talent by fans may have motivated the pop singer to consider a full-time role in Hollywood as an actor.

Yes, it’s true – Derulo has his sight set on being a Hollywood superstar. The Wiggle maker has acknowledged that it’s Will Smith who is his source of inspiration for wanting to be an actor.

It’s evident why Smith is a good example for Derulo - the Men in Black performer has also risen from a career in music to be one of the most influential in the industry. Also, the two of them are making good money in showbiz together.

Recently on his social media account, Derulo has posted multiple clips that feature Smith – and both are working out together, talking, and also sharing some chuckles.

The video that got most popular shows the dynamic duo playing the game of Golf together which ends up in Smith’s knocked off teeth. The post was jokingly captioned, “I don’t like this game.”

Last year Derulo starred in probably one of the worst duds of the industry of the decade, however, this time the singer seems to be the mindset to bounce back with the best force.

Derulo shed light on what exactly boosts him to join the industry. In conversation with the media, Derulo said, “That’s the next direction I want to take, 100 percent. It’s just figuring out the route now. It’s very tricky times. I love the creation process and the movie screen is where I have my eyes set on. I always like being creative so if I could star in something I’ve created I think it would be even more of a reward, as opposed to just doing something someone else has done.”

What’s good to notice here is that Derulo highlights the importance of creativity. It indicates his wish to take his musical creativity to the big screen in order to spellbind the audience.
