Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have officially left their position as senior members of the royal family, their last day being March 31.

Barely a week during their transition to non-royal life, CNN reports that the couple is planning to launch their new brand soon, starting with a charitable organization. The couple used to own Sussex Royal, but they will no longer be allowed to use that after they stepped down from the royal family. They will not be deleting the website and the Instagram account, but it will no longer be active. It will just serve as an archive of their past updates.

They will be naming the non-profit organization Archewell, which surprisingly, was not inspired by their son Archie. It is actually the other way around as the concept for Archewellbegan even before Susses Royale. Telegraph reports that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are planning emotional support groups, a wellbeing website and even an education empire under the brand.

Archewell has the word "Arche", which is a Greek word that signifies a source of action. Because they have already planned to use the word for a long time, they were actually inspired to derive their son's name, Archie, from the word.

"To do something of meaning, to do something that matters. Archewell is a name that combines an ancient word for strength and action, and another that evokes the deep resources we each must draw upon." They have not given any further detail yet on what the organization will be about, because they hope to do so when the time is right.

They were not planning to say anything about it yet in light of the pandemic that is happening right now, but because of the newspaper coverage about Archewell, they decided to make a statement.

Prince Harry and Meghan just moved to the United States prior to their last official day as royals. They posted a farewell message on their Instagram page to thank their community for support and inspiration.

Due to the crisis right now, they are just staying in the home they have chosen somewhere in LA.

Meanwhile, the rest of the royal family are also locked in their own homes in the UK. Prince Charles has been in isolation Balmoral while Prince William, Catherine, and their family are in Norfolk. The Queen, who just gave a televised speech last Sunday, is with Prince Philip in Windsor Castle.
